Pomegranate are in season and I love them. I have ruined a few shirts with the mess and I know they can be hard to get to the fruit. I have since learned a new technique that is less fuss and no muss. I cut the bottoms and tops for a flat surface. I I peel the whole thing in water and this floats the fruit to the top and the white pithy part sinks. I then drain the water and the red fruit is all that's left...
